1. What this is
blk-bull.com is an unofficial, non-commercial community project about the $ANSEM memecoin on Solana. It is operated pseudonymously by @Mirgolicious and is not affiliated with any token issuer, Bullpen.fi, or @blknoiz06. It is not an exchange, wallet, broker, custodian, or financial service, and it holds none of your funds.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. All data is provided for general information only, may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and should never be your only source. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money. Always do your own research (DYOR) and consider professional advice before making any decision.
3. No token offering
This site does not issue, sell, distribute, or promote the sale of any token. $ANSEM is a third-party token that we neither created nor control. Any airdrops, fees, or distributions are decided and executed by third parties, not by us.
4. Read-only and non-custodial
The wallet checker and dashboards only read public on-chain data. We will never ask you to connect a wallet, approve or sign a transaction, or share a seed phrase or private key, and there is no legitimate reason to do so on this site. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for those things is an impostor. Never share your seed phrase with anyone.
5. Community projects & the safety scan
The Projects directory lists third-party projects submitted by the community. The automated safety scan is a best-effort technical red-flag check, it looks for things like wallet-connect and signature traps, drainer patterns, leaked data, and reputation issues. It is not a verdict, an endorsement, an audit, or a guarantee of safety, and it can miss things. A "Low Risk" result does not mean a project is safe. Any interaction with a listed project is entirely at your own risk. Always verify the official contract address yourself and DYOR.
6. Content you submit
When you submit ideas, votes, project links, or PFP applications, you are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to share it. Do not submit anything illegal, infringing, misleading, malicious, or that violates someone's rights. We may remove any content and reject, limit, or reverse submissions and votes at our discretion, without notice.
7. Accounts
Logging in with X is optional and read-only; we never post on your behalf. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your X account and wallet secure.
8. Intellectual property
The "Black Bull" name, artwork, and site design belong to their respective creators. $ANSEM, Bullpen, X, and other names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Do not copy, misuse, or present this site or its content as official or as your own.
9. Availability & "as is"
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage, including financial loss, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site, your reliance on any data or scan result, or your interaction with any third-party project, link, or service.
11. Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites and services (e.g. Solscan, DexScreener, Bullpen, community projects). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Community funding, tips & gifts
Some ideas and projects on the site display a Solana wallet address so the community can support them. Any amount you send (a “tip”) is a voluntary, unconditional gift. By sending a tip you agree that:
- It is a gift/donation — not a payment, purchase, loan, deposit, investment, security, or subscription. You receive no goods, services, tokens, equity, revenue share, or any expectation of profit or return in exchange.
- Tips are final and non-refundable. On-chain transactions cannot be reversed by us.
- For community projects, tips go directly to the wallet published by the project owner. The site is a non-custodial display layer only — we never hold, control, or route those funds and are not a party to the gift.
- For community idea pools, tips are sent to a receive-only wallet shown for that idea. Where the site later forwards (“re-gifts”) pooled amounts, it does so as a discretionary redistribution of gifts to contributors chosen by the community and/or operator (for example a builder who ships, the person who proposed the idea, and a community fund). Any suggested splits (e.g. 70/20/10) are indications only — not entitlements, guarantees, or contractual promises. If an idea is not built within a reasonable time, its pot may be re-gifted to the community fund or to other builders at the operator’s discretion.
- You send gifts voluntarily and at your own risk, from your own funds, and you are solely responsible for any taxes and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Do not send anything you cannot afford to give away.
- The operator gives no guarantee that any idea will be built, that any project will succeed, or that any recipient will use the funds in any particular way. Recipients are not vetted beyond the automated technical scan described in section 5.
- Nothing here creates a security, collective investment scheme, escrow, trust, money-transmission, or fiduciary relationship. If applicable law would treat these gifts otherwise, you agree not to use this feature. You confirm you are legally permitted to send such gifts and will not use the feature for any unlawful purpose (including money laundering or sanctions evasion).

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
